Commission Process
• Contact me through a message on my Instagram or TikTok account (Toosie.onthemoon) with the details of your commission.• After we corroborate your order, full payment must to be sent via Cash App or Paypal before I begin.
(Any service fees accrued through Cash App or Paypal will not be deducted from the final commission order amount. Client will be responsible to pay these fees.)• Commission Process will take between 3-7 days after payment is received. I will send progress reports for your approval at the sketch, line art, and flat color, stages. Requests for any major changes must be communicated before I begin coloring.• I will send your completed order through email. You must provide a valid email address to receive your commission.• All orders are final upon payment.

Art Commerical License will give you, the client, full legal copyrights to your commissioned art to use as you please as long as Commerical License Terms and Conditions are upheld.Terms and Conditions for License:Upon purchase, the client agrees1) Artwork will not be used to bully or spread hate of any kind.2) Artwork will not be used to spread any false information and ill-intention propaganda.3) Artwork will not be used in any unlawful methods.4) Artwork will not be used to cause physical, mental, or emotional harm to any living being.5) Artwork will not be used for any A.I. purposes.6) Client will not claim that artwork was done by said client in an effort to deceive or scam other consumers or companies.

If you do not pay the Commercial Liscense Fee you will not have any rights and will only be allowed to use your commissioned illustrations for personal use.

• Interaction between artist and client must always remain professional and respectful. This is a safe space so let's work together to keep it that way and have fun!• I am allowed to reject a commission for any reason without explanation.• Commissions will be completed in the order of client contact. If there are any delays you will be notified ASAP. If you have a specific date you would like your commission completed by, please inform me before making a payment.• Full Refunds will only be allowed if the commission is in the sketch stage. Once passed that stage the refund will be adjusted to the work already done.• I own full copyrights of every illustration I create, unless the client purchases the commercial license for their commission and upholds the Commercial License terms and conditions.• I give permission for clients to share their commissioned illustrations on other web/social media as long as credit to the artist (Toosie.onthemoon) is given via @tag, @mention, or link to my accounts or website.
